 Ambiente Golf Course opens at Camelback Golf Club

Tuesday, November 19, 2013, was opening day for the redesigned Ambiente Golf Course at Camelback Golf Club. This new course together with the Padre Golf Course now offers guests 36 holes of challenging golf that is expected to make Camelback Inn truly a destination golf resort. The project also included the re-design of the bar and dining facilities at the Camelback Clubhouse.

 Board of Directors will meet December 9, 2013

As previously announced, the Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Monday, December 9, 2013, at 5:00 p.m. MST (AT). All Co-Owners are welcome to listen to the meeting by calling the toll-free conference line at 800-567-5900 conference coder 236529. An Agenda for the meeting will soon be available on the web site.

 Schedule of Units Available for Resale

Thanks to the cooperation of Host Hotels, Inc., we are now able to post on our web site a schedule of those Units which are currently being offered for sale by other Co-Owners. The schedule of Units can be accessed on the "What's New" page. In the near future we will list the units offered for resale on a separate page for faster access.
A written description of the Units being offered for resale is also available from the Condominium Sales Office.

 Current Camelback Reciprocal Room Rates

On Sunday, November 24, 2103, the rate for a standard room at Camelback Inn changed to $279.00 per night. We have been advised that this rate will remain in effect until December 15, 2013. While it remains in effect, this is the rate that will be used to calculate the number of days your unit will be charged when using vacation time at a reciprocal property. To access the full list of rates including rates for Sundeck units, visit the "What's New" page of the web site. Please keep in mind that all rates are subject to change.

 Future Annual Meeting dates

As is provided by the Bylaws, the Annual Meeting of the Council of Co-Owners is to be held each year on the third Saturday of October unless special circumstances such as conflicts involving resort business or holidays require a change of date. In order to avoid a conflict with Yom Kippur, the meeting date in 2016 has been changed to the last Saturday in October.
The Annual Meeting dates for the next three years are:
Saturday, October 18, 2014
Saturday, October 17, 2015
Saturday, October 29, 2016

 Board seeks Co-Owner to serve on Communications Committee

Currently there are two Co-Owners serving on the Communications Committee, David Bartholomew, Chair and Jack Florio. The Board needs to appoint a third member to serve until the next Annual Meeting in October, 2014. The Committee maintains and provides content for the web site, prepares eMail blasts for the Board of Directors and assists the Secretary with the posting of official business. The Board seeks an owner willing to assist in the on-going work of the Committee including the development of new applications. Travel to attend meetings is not required.

 Making Camelback reservation requests on your computer

You can request your room reservations at Camelback Inn directly on your computer from the Co-Owners website, www.camelbackowners.com. After you key in your password, go to the "Reservations Form" page and follow the instructions. You will receive a confirming email from the Camelback Inn Reservations Office.

When visiting Camelback Inn during high season, it is recommended that you make Spa and dinner reservations prior to your arrival. The Inn's Concierge Staff is available to help with all of your reservation requests including dining and entertainment off property. Contact the Inn at 480-948-1700.
