 Board of Directors Meeting on September 3, 2014.

The Board of Directors Meeting has called a meeting for Wednesday, September 3 at 4:30 p.m. MST. At the meeting, Officers of the Council of Co-Owners will present reports and details of the Annual Meeting events will be discussed. Official Notice and Agenda for the meeting can be accessed on the "What's New" Page of the web site.

All Co-Owners are welcome to attend the meeting by calling the toll-free conference line at 800-567-5900. When prompted, key in conference code 236529.

 Partnership mailing distributions this week.

We have been informed by Host Hotels, Inc.; General Partner of the Camelback Inn Associates Limited Partnership, that distributions are being mailed this week.

The mailing will also include other important Partnership information which will also be available on the Partnership page of the web site as soon as it is released.

 Nominating Committee announces nominees for open seats.

The Nominating Committee has recommended two Co-Owners for election to the Board of Directors. The full text of the letter can be found on the Co-Owners web site in the "What's New" section. Ballots will be distributed with the upcoming Annual Meeting mailing.

The new Ambiente Golf Course at Camelback will be closed in October for over seeding and the Padre Course is unavailable due to a prior commitment to a large group. Golf at Mountain Shadows should be finished by 11:30 a.m. leaving plenty of time for those participating in the afternoon tour.

We have arranged for a tour of Taliesin West by private bus from 2-5 p.m. Taliesin West was Frank Lloyd Wright's winter residence and has been beautifully restored by the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation. We will visit Wright's private office and living quarters, the Cabaret Theater, Music Pavilion and the dramatically beautiful garden terraces and walkways. Space is limited to 30, so sign up early!

 New Camelback room rates as of September 3, 2014

On September 3, 2014, the rate for a standard room at Camelback Inn changes to $329.00 per night. While it remains in effect, this is the rate that will be used to calculate the number of days your unit will be charged when you use vacation time at a reciprocal property. Rates are set to change again on September 30, 2014. If you plan to use vacation time at a reciprocal property, this page can be a valuable tool for forecasting your usage.

To access the list of rates projected through December, including rates for Sundeck units, click the "Camelback Room Rates" tab on the left. Please keep in mind that all rates are subject to change.

 Units Available for Resale updated August 29, 2014

The list of those Units that are currently being offered for sale by other Co-Owners was updated on August 29, 2014. To view the list, log on and click the "Units Available for Resale" tab on the left.

You can also download the current Camelback Inn Property Map which shows the location of all the Condominium Units.

 Make Camelback Inn reservation requests on your computer.

You can make your room reservations at Camelback Inn directly on your computer from the Co-Owners website, www.camelbackowners.com. After you key in your password, go to the "Reservations Form" page and follow the instructions. You will receive a confirming email from the Camelback Inn Reservations Office.

When visiting Camelback Inn when demand is high, including the month of October, it is recommended that you make Spa and dinner reservations prior to your arrival. The Inn's Concierge Staff is available to help with all of your reservation requests including dining and entertainment off property. Contact the Inn at 480-948-1700.

Hertz cars can be reserved directly with the Hertz agents on property by calling 480-948-8450. The Hertz office is located next to the bell stand.
