Notice of Special Meeting of Co-Owners April 10, 2015 |
A Special Meeting of the Council of Co-Owners will be held at Camelback Inn on Friday, April 10, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. MST. Official Notice and Agenda including instructions for listening to the meeting via telephone conference can be accessed below along with the other documents that are being sent to all Co-Owners via regular U.S. Mail.
The meeting is being called for the purpose of presenting for a vote plans for the extensive renovation of the Jackrabbit Pool complex which require Co-Owner approval under the provisions of Article V of the Condominium By-Laws. The mailing package which can be accessed below contains details of the pool renovation plans, financial projections for 2015 and 2016 and your ballot. The information is also available at www.camelbackowners.com.
The Jackrabbit Pool Complex opened in 1996 and is the centerpiece of the Resort's recreation venues. Construction is planned for late 2015 and early 2016 thereby causing minimal disruption to guests. The Spa pool will be available to all guests during construction. When completed, the main swimming pool will have a fresh updated appearance complimented by a new adult pool with separate lounge area, expanded kiddie pool with play area, and updated food service facilities financed by Marriott.
The project will be funded by cash flow from operations without the need for the Partnership to borrow additional funds.

Voting Instructions |
Even if you plan to attend in person, we ask that you send in your ballot prior to the meeting. If you attend in person and want to change your vote you will be able to do so at the meeting.
To cast your ballot, click the ballot link above and follow the instructions on the form. There are four ways to vote:
1. Print the form and mail it to the address on the ballot
2. Print the form and fax it to the fax number on the ballot
3. Scan the ballot and send it as an attachment to the email address on the form
4. Send an email message without the ballot to the email address provided
If you choose to send an email message, be sure to include the following information:
1. Full name of owner (s)
2. Unit number (s)
3. Your vote on the pool project resolutions (yes, no or abstain)
4. Your vote on approval of the minutes (yes, no or abstain)

Your request goes directly to the Camelback Reservations Team. They will send you confirmation by the next business day. It's that simple. No need to call, fax or email.
