| Highlights of the Board of Directors November 16 Meeting |

On November 16, 2016, a meeting of the Board of Directors was held with Directors participating via telephone. Topics discussed included updating of data base information as needed to implement electronic voting services from DocuSign, the General Partner transition process and prospective appointments to the Annual Meeting Events Committee.
Official minutes for the October 27 and October 29 Board of Directors meetings were approved and can be viewed on the Meetings and Events - Board of Directors page.

Minutes of the 44th Annual Meeting of the Council of Co-Owners held on October 29, 2016, are now available on the web site. To read the minutes, go to the What's New page and click the link at the right. The Minutes are in draft form and will be submitted for approval at the next meeting of the Council of Co-Owners.

| Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership Filed October 20, 2016 |

Host Hotels and Resorts, Inc., General Partner of the Camelback Inn Associates Limited Partnership, recently filed the Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership and Certificate of Limited Partnership with the Secretary of State of Arizona. These documents incorporate the original agreement of 1972 and the most recent amendments adopted in 2005. John Simon recently shared with us how much he appreciated the courtesies and fine service from the Private Dining Room Staff at the Resort's Lincoln Restaurant where a dinner was held last month in honor of J. Stephen Simon who passed away in September. Steve served as legal counsel for the Board of Directors and cherished his many friendships with the members of the Camelback community. John and his sister Libby were most grateful for the opportunity to celebrate their dad's life at a place that was very special to Steve - Camelback Inn.

| Requesting Vacation Time at Camelback in Prime Season |

December 1, 2016, marks the beginning of Prime Season which runs through April 30, 2017. This is our most important time of the year when the Resort commands premium rates which contribute heavily to the income of the partnership. The Partnership Agreement guarantees vacation time availability of your unit in season if you have secured your reservation by May 31. Reservation requests are now subject to availability. The Camelback Reservations Team will continue to make every effort to accommodate your requests as space permits. Please keep in mind that the Resort's ability to fulfill the needs of group and leisure guests, especially in Prime Season, benefits all of us as Camelback investors.

| Houston Marriott Marquis set to open in December |

This month's reciprocal spotlight is on Houston, Texas, where Marriott is set to open the spectacular 29 story Houston Marriott Marquis located downtown and adjacent to Minute Maid Park, Toyota Center and BBVA Compass Stadium. Among the amenities you will find is a Texas-shaped lazy river and heated infinity pool on the property's rooftop overlooking Discovery Green Park. The hotel also features a full-service spa, 24-hour fitness center, a two-story sports bar, two specialty restaurants, a wine bar and cafe.
In February, 2017, Houston will host this year's Super Bowl and in March Houston is home to the annual Livestock Show and Rodeo. Your other reciprocal options in Houston include two JW Marriott properties and full service Marriott Hotels at Houston Intercontinental and Hobby airports, two in the Galleria area, Medical Center, Sugarland and the Woodlands Waterway.
Other large convention hotels that bear the Marriott Marquis distinction include the iconic New York Marriott Marquis in Times Square, Atlanta Marriott Marquis, Washington Marriott Marquis at the Convention Center, San Francisco Marriott Marquis at Moscone Center and Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. The Chicago Marriott Marquis is scheduled to open next summer. All are available under the reciprocal exchange program.
