May 31 Reservations Deadline |
Co-Owners are reminded that May 31, 2013 is the last day that you can guarantee availability of vacation time for your unit during the 2013-2014 Prime Winter Season. After May 31, you will still be able to request a reservation. Then, however, your request will be subject to availability. Please read the official announcement from the General Partner posted on the "What's New" section.
A new feature of the Owner's Web site is that you can request reservations for your unit right from your computer. Simply click the link at the right marked "Reservation Form". Then follow the instructions for completing your request. Email confirmation will be sent to you from the Camelback Inn Reservations Office.
You can also cancel or request changes to an existing Camelback Inn Reservation on the web page. Co-Owners are requested not to make changes to an existing reservation on the Marriott web site or through the Marriott World Wide telephone reservations system.

CBI Off-Season Rates |
May is also the month when room rates at Camelback Inn change as we move from shoulder to summer seasons. If you plan to vacation at other Marriott properties using reciprocal time, please keep this in mind. For specific information about rates, contact the Condominium Office or email wanda@cbicondo.com.

News from the General Manager |
Jim Rose, General Manager of Camelback Inn, has given us the following updates:
The bathroom project is under way and completion is still slated for 9/15/2013. The first six units have been completed and look very good.
Golf course renovation is on time and will be a wonderful amenity to our great resort. Tentative opening of the redesigned Indian Bend course is planned for November 15, 2013, based on weather, Bermuda Grass grow in, and over seeding.
Window and roof projects are now in progress.
