The General Partner has informed us that Gemisys Corporation mailed the K-1 tax forms to limited partners on March 30, 2017 from their headquarters in Colorado.

| Board Evaluating Input from Co-Owners |

At the Board of Directors meeting held March 15, 2017, the Board focused on questions and concerns received from Co-Owners who have sent correspondence and responded through the web site about proposed changes to the General Partner and Reciprocal Exchange Programs.
Board President Randy Pugh has communicated your ideas and concerns to Host Hotels in his ongoing discussions with the General Partner.
If you haven't yet given the Board your input, you can reply to this email with your comments. Please let us know what questions or opinions you have on these important topics.
Minutes of the March 15 Board Meeting will be available when approved by the Board. Minutes for meetings held on January 18, February 16 and March 2, 2017 can be viewed on the Meetings and Events page of the web site.

| General Partner Mailing Available on the Web |

A detailed mailing was sent by Host Hotels to all Limited Partners in February. Host also asked the President of the Board of Directors to make the information available on the web site. You can now access the electronic version of Host's mailing on the What's New Page of the web site or from the Partnership Information Page. The mailing includes a multi-page cover letter, financial statements and a detailed series of answers to anticipated questions.
The majority of the information deals with two timely and important topics:
Election of a new General Partner
Proposed changes to the Reciprocal Exchange Program
Both matters will be presented for approval by the Limited Partners in the coming months.

Host Hotels recently announced that the year-end distribution will be sent by the end of May. Limited Partners have the option of having their funds deposited directly to their bank account. The end of Prime Season will be an especially busy time at the Inn. This weekend Phoenix will play host to the NCAA Basketball Tournament Final Four. Mid-April will see the festivities surrounding the Easter and Passover holidays and families continue to celebrate Spring Break. If you have a last minute vacation needs, the Camelback Reservations Team will make every effort to accommodate your requests as space permits. Please keep in mind the many options available through the Reciprocal Exchange Program and that the Resort's ability to satisfy guest needs in Prime Season benefits all of us as Camelback investors.

| May 31 is the deadline to guarantee Prime Season Reservations |

In order to guarantee availability of your unit for 2017-2018 Prime Season, you must confirm your reservations no later than May 31, 2017. After the deadline, reservations for the Prime Season (December 1, 2017 - April 30, 2018) will be subject to availability. You can make reservations on line by choosing the CBI Reservations link from the drop down menu on the Camelback owner's web site.
