| Distribution Checks Mailed on May 22, 2017 |

Year-end distribution checks were mailed from Colorado and electronic funds transfers were made on Monday, May 22, 2017. Two mailings have been prepared. Checks are being mailed separate from other information. A second mailing will include your year-end statement and Annual Report of the Camelback Inn Associates Limited Partnership. Both the cover letter and the 2016 Annual Report are available by clicking the link on the what's new page of the Co-Owners web site.

| May 31 is the deadline to guarantee Prime Season Reservations |
|
Prime Season will return on December 1, 2017 and runs through April 30, 2018. The Partnership Agreement guarantees vacation time availability of your unit in season if you have secured your reservation by May 31, 2017. Reservation requests made after that date will be subject to availability. You can make your reservation requests for Prime Season, or any other time on the Co-Owner's web site. From the drop down menu, select CBI Reservations and follow the instructions. The Camelback Reservations Team will respond to your request by the following business day.

The Board of Directors recently mailed a request to all Co-Owners for updated contact information as a part of our on-going efforts the keep the Associations records current. Please return the form in the envelope provided if you have not already done so. You can also access the form on the what's new page of the web site and return your response to the email address provided. Thank you.

| CBI Rates Announced Through July, 2017 |

The Reciprocal Properties page of the web site contains the Camelback room rates through July. As you may have noticed, the Inn has achieved record high rates this Prime Season and we congratulate the Camelback Resort Team for making this possible. With Prime Season over, please be aware that rates will decrease dramatically during the next two months, which will affect the number of days your unit is charged for reciprocal stays. | Marriott Announces Construction of the Paradise Ballroom |

Marriott announced in late April plans to build a state of the art conference center that will include a 35,000 square foot ballroom that will replace many of the older meeting rooms located to the north of the Arizona Ballroom. Construction will start this spring with opening scheduled for June 2018. If you are still receiving your distribution check in the mail and would like to have the funds deposited directly to your bank account, you can arrange for this service by contacting Gemisys Corporation at camelbackinvestment@trustamerica.com. The mid-year distribution is scheduled for August 2017.

| Insurance Coverage Information |

In response to several Co-Owner inquiries, the General Partner is preparing a letter with details about Camelback Inn liability and hazard insurance coverage currently in force. When the letter is distributed, we will also make the information available on the web site.

| Annual Meeting Date is October 21, 2017 |
|
Looking ahead to the fall, the Annual Meeting date is Saturday, October 21, 2017. The Board's Events Committee is working on the schedule of weekend activities that will include business meetings, golf and dinner receptions. Details will be announced in future newsletters and the Annual Meeting package will be mailed early in September.

| Minutes for Recent Board of Directors Meeting Available |

The Board of Directors met at Camelback Inn on Tuesday May 9, 2017. At the meeting, minutes were approved for the March 15, 2017 Meeting which can now be accessed along with minutes for other recent meetings on the Meetings and Events - Board of Directors page. Minutes for the May 9 Meeting will be posted upon approval by the Board of Directors.

| Reciprocal Destination: Washington, D.C. |

Ninety years ago this month J. Willard and Alice Marriott established a root beer stand in the heart of the nations' capital that would be the foundation of what was to become the world's largest hotel company. We choose Washington as our reciprocal destination with the approach of the Memorial Day and Independence Day celebrations and in tribute to the 90th anniversary of the Marriott organization.
Few cities offer more reciprocal choices than can be found in the Capital area. The spectacular Washington Marriott Marquis with 1175 rooms is adjacent to the Convention Center and near the Verizon Center. The JW Marriott on Pennsylvania Avenue is close to the Smithsonian Museums, White House and the monuments. Ritz-Carlton properties are located in the West End and Georgetown. The original Washington Marriott, also in the West End, was redesigned and there are Marriott hotels at Metro Center and Wardman Park, near the Washington Cathedral and National Zoo.
On the Virginia side of the Potomac, you will find Ritz-Carltons in McLean and Pentagon City, three more hotels near Reagan National Airport, and three in the Dulles International Airport area including the Westfield's Marriott with its resort setting including 18 holes of championship golf. In suburban Maryland, there are three Marriott hotels in Bethesda and a conference center hotel on the campus of the University of Maryland.
