Annual Meeting Date is October 21, 2017 |
It's not too early to start making plans for the Annual Meeting weekend in the fall. The events begin on Thursday, October 19 and conclude on Saturday, October 21, 2017. The Board's Events Committee is working on the schedule of weekend activities that will include business meetings, golf and dinner receptions. Details will be announced in future newsletters and the Annual Meeting package will be mailed early in September. You can make room reservations on the web site. From the drop down menu, choose CBI Reservations. If you wish to save your vacation days, you can take advantage of the special condominium owner rate of $125.00 per night. Please indicate your preference on your reservation request.

Insurance Coverage Information |
In response to Co-Owner requests, the General Partner has furnished a Certificate of Liability Insurance that we have posted on the web site. We expect to be posing information on other coverages as soon as the General Partner furnishes them. To view the document, choose "Partnership Information" from the drop down menu at the upper left of the screen and click the link to the certificate.

CBI Rates Announced Through September, 2017 |
The Reciprocal Properties page of the web site contains the Camelback room rates through September. Summer rates are much lower than rates for other times of the year and this will affect the number of days your unit is charged for reciprocal stays. The Board of Directors Meets on July 19, 2017 |
The next Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. MST in Phoenix, Arizona with Directors participating via telephone conference. Among the topics expected to be on the agenda are the General Partner transition, progress report on electronic voting and finalization of plans for the Annual Meeting weekend social activities.
