The Board of Directors will meet on July 23, 2013, at 4:00 p.m. MST. Notice and Agenda are posted on the Co-Owners web site under Meetings and Events - Board of Directors. The Agenda includes instructions for listening to the meeting via the toll-free conference line.

| Nominating Committee Seeks Prospective Candidates |
|
The Nominating Committee must recommend two candidates for the positions currently held by James Montgomery and Karl Kilburg, both of whom are completing their first terms which expire at the Annual Meeting this October. Although both are eligible for re- nomination, Karl Kilburg has advised the Committee that he will not seek a second term. Accordingly, the Committee needs to present for nomination at least one new candidate.
The Committee is seeking candidates who will best represent the interests of all Co-Owners. If you have an interest and are willing to serve, please advise the Committee no later than July 20, 2013. Please include a summary of your involvement in Camelback activities along with your qualifications and experience that would be beneficial to the Board.
Note that the Board term is for four years. At least two meetings are held each year at Camelback Inn. The Board may also conduct several telephone meetings throughout the year.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., June 5, 2013 -The JW Marriott Camelback Inn Resort & Spa today announced that it will unveil its new Ambiente golf course at Camelback Golf Club in the fall of 2013. Spanish for the word "environment," Ambiente, which is designed with a detailed eco-friendly focus, will become the first new golf course development project in the Phoenix-Scottsdale and Paradise Valley areas in over five years, and one of a select group of new courses to be built nationwide.
Adding to the lore of Camelback, Ambiente is expected to gain golf industry-wide acclaim for its distinct design, the challenging, yet enjoyable experience it presents to golfers of all levels and the overall aesthetic and environmental qualities it brings to the Phoenix-Scottsdale area. Congratulations to our fellow Co-Owner and former Resident Manager, Chris Sullivan on his recent appointment as Manager at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis. The hotel is adjacent to the Moscone Convention Center and has become a modern landmark in the City by the Bay. We wish Chris continued success in his career.

| Plans Moving Ahead for October |
|
It's not too early to make travel plans for attending the 41st Annual Meeting of the Council of Co-Owners of Camelback Inn. Your Board of Directors is already working on details for the meetings and social events that will be held from October 17-19, 2013. The official notification and schedule of activities will be mailed to Co-Owners in early September. And the details of the meetings and events will be posted on the web site.
This year's events will include a Thursday evening reception at the Manor House, a reception and dinner at the Camelback Golf Club on Friday evening and the Marriott hosted evening reception on Saturday. On Friday evening we will have the opportunity to view the major renovation of the Indian Bend Golf Course.
