| Next Board of Directors Meeting Scheduled for August 21, 2019 |

The Board will meet on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. MST. The official meeting location is the law office of May, Potenza, Baran and Gillespie in Phoenix. Directors are expected to participate via telephone. Formal Notice and Agenda, with instructions for calling in, will be issued shortly.

In its June 12 letter to Limited Partners, the General Partner announced that Mid-Year Distributions will be mailed in August. You have the option to have your funds deposited directly to your bank account. To sign up for direct deposit, contact Gemisys Corporation camelbackinvestment@gemisys.com for complete instructions.

| CBI Rates Updated Through Year-End |

Rates for Standard and Sundeck Rooms through December 31, 2019 are now posted on the Co-Owners Website. These are the rates used to calculate the number of days charged to your unit when you vacation at a reciprocal property. The rates can be found on the Reciprocal Properties Page where you will also find details about getting your
reimbursement check and how to obtain a report of time charged to your unit.

| Annual Meeting Weekend is October 17-19, 2019 |
|
It's not too early to make plans to attend this year's Annual Meeting events that will include meetings of the Board of Directors, recreation and social events that conclude on Saturday with the Annual Meeting of the Council of Co-Owners in the morning and the evening reception hosted by Marriott International.
You can make room reservation requests online at www.camelbackowners.com. If you don't already have a password to the CBI website, please contact the Communications Committee (bheatheditor@gmail.com and jschauer3@aol.com).
Be sure to specify if you wish to use vacation time or prefer to save your vacation days by paying the special Annual Meeting Rate of $130. The Annual Meeting Package containing meeting and event details will be mailed in early September.

| Reciprocal Exchange Reminders |

Under the Reciprocal Exchange Program, you can use vacation time for stays at any full service Marriott, JW Marriott, Renaissance, or Ritz-Carlton. It's always a good idea to re-check the website prior to your visit to ensure that your hotel has not changed its brand affiliation. By doing this, you may also find that a lower rate for the same room
may have become available. Remember to submit your folio to Gemisys promptly upon completion of your stay.

If any of your contact information has changed (i.e., name, address, email, unit number), please remember to update your profile on CBI's website, as well as notifying emisys of the change. To update your profile, login to www.camelbackowners.com, go to the main menu (located at the upper left side of the page), and scroll down to Owner Information>User Profile. Clicking on User Profile will allow you to update all your contact information, as well as change your password.
