Last week you should have received your Annual Meeting Packet that was mailed to all Co-Owners on September 23, 2019. If you are not attending the meeting, please return only the ballot. If you plan to
attend, please mail in the ballot and the events registration form.
The ballot is the yellow sheet and is the thirteenth page in your packet. The page that follows the ballot contains statements from all four candidates for the Board of Directors. You may vote for any two of the
four candidates. The ballot also provides for approval of the Co-Owner's Budget and the minutes of last year's annual meeting.
You can mail your completed ballot in the envelope provided or fax it to the number shown on the ballot. The ballot can also be accessed from the Co-Owner's website where you can download and print
the document. It's posted on the What's New page.

The email address in the second bullet item on page 4 (under Making Your Plans) is incorrect. The correct address is CamelbackInnCondoOwners@marriott.com.
The event registration form on page 18 includes the statement "email preferred unless paying for cruise". Please note there is no cruise this year, just the tour of the Japanese Friendship Garden.

Remember that you can make room reservation requests online at www.camelbackowners.com. Be sure to specify if you wish to use vacation time or prefer to save your vacation days by paying the special Annual Meeting Rate of $130 per day.
October is a popular month for visiting Arizona and we strongly recommend that you make restaurant and spa reservations now. If you need a rental car, remember that Hertz cars are available on property.
The Camelback Inn Concierge Staff can assist with restaurant reservations both on and off property.

You now have the option to receive all notices and correspondence exclusively via electronic mail (email). You can reduce costs, paper, and free up space in your mailbox. If you wish to take advantage of this option, please send an email with your name and unit number(s) to camelbackinvestment@gemisys.com. If you prefer to continue to receive notices via U.S. Mail no action is required.

| August/September Board of Directors Meetings |
|
The Board of Directors met on August 21 and concluded the meeting on September 5 with major emphasis on preparations for the Annual Meeting and related events. Minutes for the June meeting were approved and you can read them, as well as minutes for other recent Board meetings, on the Co-Owner's website by clicking the links on the Meetings and Events Page. Recent Board minutes were also included in the Annual Meeting Packet.

| "JoinMe" Meeting Technology Now Available |
|
The Board is now using JoinMe, a computer-based meeting application that enables you to attend meetings using your computer, with capability for on-screen presentation of documents during the meeting. You may listen using your computer, or JoinMe also provides easy to use telephone access with clear digital voice transmission.
JoinMe services will be available for you to attend the October meetings from your home, office, or other remote location.

| Senija Merdzanovic is Camelback's New Director of Finance |

On September 2, the JW Marriott Camelback Inn welcomed Senija Merdzanovic to the Executive Team as the new Director of Finance & Accounting. Senija (pronounced sen-ya) has been with Marriott for 14 years and, for 12 of those years has supported the Finance and Accounting discipline. She comes to Camelback Inn from the Phoenix Renaissance Downtown and the Westin Downtown, where she has been Director of Finance & Accounting for both hotels since July 2018.

| CBI Rates updated through Year-End |

Rates for Standard and Sundeck Rooms through December 31, 2019 are now posted on the Co-Owner's website. These are the rates used to calculate the number of days charged to your unit when you vacation at a reciprocal property. The rates can be found on the Reciprocal Properties Page where you will also find details about getting your reimbursement check and how to obtain a report of time charged to your unit.
Vacation time can be exchanged for stays at any full service Marriott, JW Marriott, Renaissance, or Ritz-Carlton. It's always a good idea to re-check the website prior to your visit to ensure that your hotel has not changed its brand affiliation. Be sure to submit your folio promptly upon completion of your stay.
