Fellow Co-Owners:
Marriott has asked us to move the dates of future Annual Meetings to accommodate business demands. Our By-Laws give us flexibility to do this and this year we will be holding the meeting one week earlier than usual - on October 10, 2020.
Marriott has also requested that we change the dates for the Annual Meetings in 2021 and 2022. We have been asked to reschedule the meetings to:
Saturday, October 30, 2021
Saturday, October 29, 2022
We are concerned that these dates may present a challenge for some owners who have family activities on Halloween (October 31) or just prefer to be home then. Naturally, we want to have our meetings on dates that are good for as many owners as possible. We also must consider the need for Marriott to book business during peak demand which benefits all of us.
Before the Board acts, we would like to hear from you. The results of the survey are non-binding and will be used to help guide the Board in making the decision.
