Hello again,

You may recall that we recently asked you to tell us if you support Marriott's proposed date changes to the 2021/22 annual meetings. Technical problems prevented most owners from completing the vote process. Our web technicians have fixed the problem and we would like to ask you to give us your input once again. The meeting dates requested are:

Saturday, October 30, 2021
Saturday, October 29, 2022

Keep in mind that the proposed changes are for 2021 and 2022. This year the Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2020.
The Board participated in a telephone meeting on January 16, 2020 and took the following actions:
   •  Approved minutes of the November, 2019 meeting (now available on the web site)
   •  Received the Treasurer's report of expenditures for 2019
   •  Received data from the Communications Committee showing increased newsletter readership
   •  Appointed Co-Owners Joel Stein, John Umbeck, and Stan Milobsky to serve on the Nominating Committee
   •  Appointed Directors Randy Pugh and Charles Clist to review insurance matters
   •  Heard from Bob Hayward of CHMW about his work to clarify certain costs charged to the partnership for room renovations and the Bonvoy Program.

Sales of condominium units 406 and 537 closed early in January. Both sales were to current owners and one involved the exercise of an owner's right of first refusal as provided under Section 20 of the Condominium Declaration. The Board is committed to ensuring that your ownership rights are protected and that the Board performs its functions properly. In this connection, we appointed a task force, chaired by Director John Simon, who will work with Co-Owners Jack Dover and Tana Sackett to review the Board's role in the condominium sales process.

The Board will meet briefly on Friday, January 31 at 12:00 noon MST to conclude business matters from the January 16 meeting, that will include setting the dates for the 2021/22 Annual Meetings.
