The Board of Directors met on July 23 and will continue the meeting on July 31 in order to finalize the proposed Condominium Association Budget for 2014. The final Budget will be posted on the web site and will be submitted to all Co-Owners for approval at the Annual Meeting in October. Notice and Agenda for the Board Meeting is posted on the Co-Owners web site under Meetings and Events - Board of Directors. The Agenda (July 23 Meeting) includes instructions for listening to the meeting via the toll-free conference line.

| Bathroom Renovations on Schedule |

The Property Planning Committee reported that the Manager has indicated that the room renovations are proceeding on schedule and are expected to be completed in September. The Committee will be posting more details in the next few days.

How many vacation days do I have left? If you were wondering how much time you have left in 2013, it's easy to get the details. Simply send an email to Wanda Shopinski in the Condominium Office wanda@cbicondo.com. Be sure to specify you unit number. You will receive an Excel spreadsheet with details of your vacation use to date.
Don't forget that when you want to request vacation time for your unit at Camelback Inn, all you need to do is log on to www.camelbackowners.com and click on the "make reservations" page. Follow the instructions and within 24 hours you will receive an email reply from the Camelback Reservation Department. It's that easy.

| Plan to Attend the October Annual Meeting |

It's not too early to make travel plans for attending the 41st Annual Meeting of the Council of Co-Owners of Camelback Inn. Your Board of Directors is working on details for the meetings and social events that will be held from October 17-19, 2013. The official notification and schedule of activities will be mailed to Co-Owners in early September. And the details of the meetings and events will be posted on the web site.
This year's events will include a Thursday evening reception at the Manor House, a reception and dinner at the Camelback Golf Club on Friday evening and the Marriott hosted evening reception on Saturday. On Friday evening we will have the opportunity to view the major renovation of the Indian Bend Golf Course.
